- As before, wash your hands and then towel dry. Make sure to dry the hands properly, in between the fingers and over the palms.
- Take the antiperspirant stick and roll it over the center of the palms, apply enough for both hands. Rub your two palms together and spread the antiperspirant over your hands and in between your fingers. Keep your palms open and fingers spread for excess deodorant to dry. You need only hold it for a few seconds.
In severe cases you may also get a prescription for antiperspirants with higher doses of aluminium in them.
